The Little Yorkshire Speech Co is a small team of independent Speech and Language Therapists, providing premium quality, child led, bespoke children’s speech and language therapy in Sheffield for children and young people from 0-18.

We are mainly based in Sheffield, but can often travel to surrounding areas in such as Rotherham, Barnsley and Chesterfield.

We can provide private sessions in our Sheffield clinic or at your home/ your child’s school or nursery depending on availability. We are experienced in :-

• Autism (& Gestalt Language Processing)

• Speech sound difficulties

• Developmental language difficulties e.g. understanding and using language

• Stammering

• AAC - Augmentative and alternative communication i.e. gestures, Makaton, technology)

• Social communication and play

• Regulation and behaviour as communication

We pride ourselves in a highly individualised approach, something that our clients comment on often! We truly take time to get to know your family and your child, tailoring support to their exact needs. We are flexible and will never use a one size fits all approach.
